69ss Terms and Conditions – Clear Rules for Betting Safely

By creating an account on the 69ss platform, accessing any area of the website or app, or carrying out any financial transaction — whether a deposit, bet, or withdrawal — you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all of the Terms and Conditions described herein, as well as the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policies of 69ss.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, as a user, and 69ss. If you do not agree with any provision set out here, you must not use the platform's services.

69ss reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via the registered email address and a notification in the account dashboard. Continued use of the platform after a new version is published constitutes automatic acceptance of the changes.

To create and maintain an account on 69ss, you must meet all of the following requirements on a cumulative and ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

Each individual may hold only one active account on 69ss. Opening additional accounts using your own or someone else's details is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all accounts involved, with no refund of balances derived from irregular activity.

69ss may refuse or close registrations without obligation to provide justification, particularly where there is suspicion of fraud, misuse of the platform, or violation of any provision of these Terms.

Identity verification — known in the industry as KYC (Know Your Customer) — is mandatory at 69ss before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any time by the platform's compliance team.

To complete verification, you must submit the following documents through the verification section in your account dashboard:

General terms applicable to all 69ss bonuses:

• Welcome bonus: 100% on the first deposit, up to BRL 3,500.00 (R$ 3,500.00). 5x rollover on the bonus amount.
• Rollover is calculated on the total bonus amount received, not on the deposit.
• Sports bets with minimum odds of 1.50 per event contribute 100% toward rollover.

• Confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled by the bettor once accepted by the platform.
• Odds are valid at the time the bet is confirmed. Bets placed during system instability are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
• In the event of obvious errors in the odds (for example, odds of 100.00 for an event with a clearly different probability), 69ss reserves the right to cancel the bet and return the staked amount to the bettor's balance.
• Matches suspended or postponed for more than 24 hours will have pre-match bets refunded. Live bets are settled based on the score at the time of suspension, provided the result is official.
• The Cash Out feature lets you settle a bet before the final result, at a value calculated in real time. Cash Out may not be available in all markets or at all points during an event.
• Parlay bets (multiples) require all selections to win for the full prize to be paid out.

Voluntary account closure procedures:
